O encontro teve como objetivo alinhar diretrizes, esclarecer procedimentos e orientar sobre a condu\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos avaliativos no \u00e2mbito do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a reuni\u00e3o, foram apresentados os crit\u00e9rios e etapas da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho, destacando sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o como instrumento de gest\u00e3o voltado \u00e0 melhoria cont\u00ednua dos servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o e ao desenvolvimento profissional dos servidores. Tamb\u00e9m foi abordada a import\u00e2ncia da atua\u00e7\u00e3o das chefias no acompanhamento e na execu\u00e7\u00e3o adequada desses processos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro ponto tratado foi a necessidade de garantir transpar\u00eancia, impessoalidade e conformidade com os crit\u00e9rios legais, assegurando a credibilidade das avalia\u00e7\u00f5es e a confian\u00e7a dos servidores.
