A iniciativa contou com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada das equipes do CREAS, da Casa de Passagem e do PETI (Programa de Erradica\u00e7\u00e3o do Trabalho Infantil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo identificar e atender pessoas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social, oferecendo orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, encaminhamentos e acesso aos servi\u00e7os da rede socioassistencial, conforme a necessidade de cada caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As abordagens noturnas fazem parte das estrat\u00e9gias permanentes da pol\u00edtica de assist\u00eancia social do munic\u00edpio, visando fortalecer a prote\u00e7\u00e3o social, garantir direitos e ampliar o cuidado com a popula\u00e7\u00e3o em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O trabalho integrado entre os servi\u00e7os contribui para o acompanhamento cont\u00ednuo dos casos e para a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 inclus\u00e3o social e \u00e0 dignidade das pessoas atendidas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na noite desta segunda-feira (12), o Governo Municipal, por meio da Secretaria de Assist\u00eancia Social, realizou uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de abordagem social noturna em diferentes pontos da cidade de Patroc\u00ednio.
