O Governo Municipal regulamentou, por meio do Decreto n\u00ba 4.731, de 10 de novembro de 2025, a emiss\u00e3o da Nota Fiscal de Servi\u00e7os Eletr\u00f4nica (NFS-e) de padr\u00e3o nacional, integrando Patroc\u00ednio ao sistema unificado utilizado em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A medida tem como objetivo modernizar e padronizar o controle fiscal do Imposto Sobre Servi\u00e7os (ISSQN), promovendo maior seguran\u00e7a, transpar\u00eancia e efici\u00eancia na arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da NFS-e ser\u00e1 obrigat\u00f3ria a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2026 para todos os contribuintes do munic\u00edpio. O decreto estabelece as regras para emiss\u00e3o, cancelamento e armazenamento do documento eletr\u00f4nico, em conformidade com as diretrizes do Comit\u00ea Gestor Nacional da NFS-e (CGNFS-e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Secretaria Municipal de Finan\u00e7as ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica, acompanhamento e expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de normas complementares necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
