O projeto obteve aprova\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica da Secretaria Municipal de Urbanismo, conforme Licen\u00e7a n\u00ba 945\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O empreendimento foi elaborado em conformidade com a Lei Complementar n\u00ba 131\/2014 \u2013 Lei de Parcelamento do Solo, atendendo \u00e0s exig\u00eancias legais de uso e ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do territ\u00f3rio urbano.
