{"id":25258,"date":"2025-11-05T15:48:36","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T18:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pmp.patrocinio.mg.gov.br\/?p=25258"},"modified":"2025-11-05T15:48:36","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T18:48:36","slug":"grupos-dos-cras-vera-nunes-e-wilson-nelis-participam-de-palestra-sobre-saude-e-bem-estar-das-mulheres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pmp.patrocinio.mg.gov.br\/portal\/grupos-dos-cras-vera-nunes-e-wilson-nelis-participam-de-palestra-sobre-saude-e-bem-estar-das-mulheres\/","title":{"rendered":"Grupos dos CRAS Vera Nunes e Wilson Nelis participam de palestra sobre sa\u00fade e bem-estar das mulheres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mulheres integrantes dos grupos dos CRAS Vera Nunes e CRAS Wilson Nelis, participaram, no \u00faltimo dia 3, de uma palestra promovida pelo Instituto de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cJ\u00falia do Prado\u201d, voltada \u00e0 sa\u00fade e ao bem-estar das mulheres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve como tema central a preven\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00e2ncer de mama e do colo do \u00fatero, e foi conduzida pela enfermeira Giovanna Moreira L\u00edcio, que abordou de forma clara e acolhedora a import\u00e2ncia do autoconhecimento corporal, do autoexame e da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica de exames preventivos, como o Papanicolau e a mamografia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o encontro, foram compartilhadas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas sobre sinais de alerta, fatores de risco e h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis que contribuem para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o das doen\u00e7as.
