O atendimento acontece a partir das 8h, no audit\u00f3rio Geraldo Campos, anexo \u00e0 sede da Prefeitura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta semana, est\u00e3o sendo realizados os cadastros para a Faixa 2, destinada a fam\u00edlias com renda entre R$ 2.800,01 e R$ 4.400, com parcelas mensais entre R$ 500 e R$ 800. Nessa etapa, ser\u00e3o disponibilizadas 144 unidades habitacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somente neste primeiro dia, mais de 150 pessoas passaram pelo audit\u00f3rio Geraldo Campos, realizando seu cadastramento a fim de conseguir uma moradia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para a Faixa 1, voltada a fam\u00edlias com renda de at\u00e9 R$ 2.800, come\u00e7am no dia 23 de junho, com a oferta de 294 moradias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O cadastro n\u00e3o garante a concess\u00e3o imediata do im\u00f3vel, pois o processo segue crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos pelo programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para o cadastro, os interessados devem apresentar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CPF e RG ou CNH;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certid\u00e3o de estado civil;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprovante de endere\u00e7o;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprovante de renda;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carteira de trabalho;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extrato do FGTS (se houver);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certid\u00e3o negativa de propriedade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Prefeitura de Patroc\u00ednio, por meio da Secretaria de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, iniciou nesta segunda-feira, 16 de junho, o cadastro para o Programa Habitacional Viver Bem, voltado ao Residencial Viva Brumado.
